In our case here, with the serve , we’re going to try to slow down the motion, before going fast, so that yo can get a sense of rhythm.

Not only that, but doing so will ease the tension and nervousness you’re feeling at the beginning of your swing.

It’s actually very simple; as you’re preparing initiate the motion, and as you approach the contact point, swing faster, so you can hit your best serve.
