Holding on to your finish longer: seems like a pretty simple thing to perform on the court. You just hold your finish longer after you swing, either while stationary or on the move, and that’s it. But what does it really do?
– It improves your balance
– It improves the quality of your shots
– It teaches you proper body awareness
