Tennis Nutrition: Avoid Cow’s Milk

Well, I’ve got a tennis nutrition tip for you that’s going to make a huge difference and help you improve your energy levels. And we’re going to talk about one food you absolutely must avoid.

So, let me tell you about that food that you have to stay away from right now.

So what is one food that you absolutely must avoid to improve your tennis nutrition?

Well, it’s actually a liquid, and it is cow’s milk.

Yes, I’m going to rock the boat today with this tennis nutrition suggestion for some of you who have been drinking milk your whole lives.

You’ve been conditioned and told that you need to put it in your cereal, that you need to drink it at night…that your bones are going to be weak, you’re not going to get the calcium you need, but I’m here to tell you that you can get calcium in other ways, and you can also strengthen your bones in other ways.

Just eating green, leafy vegetables should do the trick to improve your tennis nutrition.

But when it comes to cow’s milk, what you really need to be careful with is clearly the quality of milk that you’re drinking.

Much of the cow’s milk out there today is loaded with antibiotics, and when you inject cows with antibiotics, you’re going to create a lower quality milk.

There’s going to be more pus and bacteria in the milk, and it’s going to contribute to more sickness, more congestion, more allergic reactions.

In fact, millions of people all over the world have allergic reactions to milk because they think diary is part of their tennis nutrition routine.

It can contribute to diarrhea, stomach pain, cramping, gas, bloating, nausea, headaches, chest congestion, sore throat, all these things that you may think could be caused from something else, they actually could be caused from just merely drinking milk.

And I just believe, and I feel from everything I’ve studied about tennis nutrition and what I’ve experienced personally, that if you can eliminate the milk from your diet, you’re going to feel a lot better.

And there’s even research that’s showing that milk consumption is linked to other health conditions, like asthma, and heart disease, and diabetes, and chronic infections, especially upper respiratory.

So if you have a child that has upper respiratory and ear infections, you might want to get them off milk.

Now, again, I’m not a doctor, and I’ll be the first to say that you should talk to your doctor or talk to a nutritionist or a chiropractor, someone that you trust, or maybe do your own homework about your tennis nutrition.

This is just my opinion, my personal opinion from my years of tennis nutrition research and how to improve tennis performance. And I just feel like if you can eliminate the dairy, particularly the milk out of your diet, you can enhance your performance and improve your health.


Tennis Nutrition: Find Higher Quality Dairy Like Greek Yogurt And Goat’ Milk

Now, I still eat some dairy. I eat goat’s cheese, but the commercial cow’s milk, you absolutely must get out of your tennis nutrition plan if you want to feel better.

You’re going to have less mucus in your body, you’re going to recover faster, and you’re going to get rid of all these kind of weird immune system challenges that you may be having.

So altogether, it’s better to avoid milk if you want to improve your tennis nutrition.

And if you’re going to consume dairy products, just find higher-quality dairy products, like raw cheeses and good quality, whole yogurt. I like Greek yogurt.

Even butter and high-quality cream that hasn’t been ultra pasteurized and hasn’t been loaded with antibiotics is good for you.

If you’re going to eat cereal, choose a gluten free cereal and use almond milk instead.

So, that’s my tennis nutrition tip for today…the food that you must avoid – it’s commercial cow’s milk. an

Eliminate it from your diet for a month and just see if you drop weight, if you have more energy, if you sleep better, if you’re less congested.

    Than you very much Jeff by this useful and interesting article. Indeed a diet without milk contribute to a better health to so many people. Proteins in cow’s milk have proinflammatory factors and are not recommendaded to care joint problems and other kind of inflammation. Dairy free diet improve lots of health conditions.
