CHICKEN WINGS! Unfortunately, though, we don’t serve those here. But what we do have for you today is a powerful tip that will help you develop that devastating forehand, so you can get that roastin’, palatable victory!

It’s actually very simple: when you make your first move you can try to do an unusual thing with your elbow that some pros do. Bring it away from your body so that you can create maximize acceleration. The next step is to position your racket properly: strings and racquet face down. Pretend you’re sticking your elbow out away form your body making that chicken wing move.

The way you showed the chicken wing motion – is it possible to have an horizontal hittng zone when we meet a ball on the rise or at the top ?

Parmat, I think you mean the swing path is more straight across? If so, the answer is yes.
