    I do not think you can name a GOAT, because not all were playing at the same time. Instead what should be mentioned in the most accomplished player of all time. Clearly Nadal is the most accomplished player on Clay. However Federer is the most accomplished player on non clay surfaces. The great majority of Nadal’s Grand Slam titles and Masters 1000s are on clay. The great majority of Federer’s are on non clay. Federer has a better overall match winning percentage than Nadal on non clay while Nadal has a great winning percentage on clay.
